1. Keep clean
Before connecting the booster cylinder to the air circuit, please remove the dust and other impurities in the pipeline and components, so as to avoid reducing the service life of the booster cylinder.
2. Use within normal pressure range
When the cylinder is in normal use, the working pressure must be within the working pressure range specified in the inspection report, and shall not exceed the specified working pressure.
3. Pay attention to the working environment of booster cylinder
The temperature in the working environment of the cylinder has been determined during the design. If the working environment exceeds the temperature due to working needs, contact the technical personnel of the nine volume booster cylinder.
As some components in the cylinder are made of iron, please do not use them in the environment with complicated working conditions (such as chemical contact environment). In addition, please install effective air treatment elements (three-point combination) at the front end of the cylinder, and then add lubrication and drainage treatment.
4. Do not add other hydraulic oil without authorization
The quality of VG68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is selected in the design of booster cylinder, and it is not allowed to use other liquid medium (such as engine oil, water, etc.) without authorization.
5. Be sure to follow the procedure
The operation procedure must be in accordance with the operation procedure in the gas circuit assembly drawing, that is, pre pressure action - pressure increase action - pressure release - pre pressure reset
6. Pay attention to maintenance and check the operation of booster cylinder frequently
In order to avoid damage to your mold or workpiece due to excessive pressure during cylinder pressurization, please install a pressure reducing valve at the inlet of pressurization section, so as to effectively protect your products.
In order to ensure the working stability of the booster cylinder, it is suggested to install an air reservoir in parallel between the triplet and the booster cylinder as far as possible.
When the booster cylinder is used more than 500000 times or more than half a year, it is recommended to replace all the hydraulic oil in the cylinder once, so as to improve the service life and working life of the cylinder.
