The working principle of the gas-liquid booster pump is similar to that of the pressure supercharger. It exerts a very low pressure on the large diameter air driven piston. When the pressure acts on a small area piston, a high pressure is generated. Through a two position five ventilation control directional valve, the booster pump can realize continuous operation.
The high pressure plunger controlled by one-way valve continuously discharges the liquid, and the outlet pressure of booster pump is related to the air driving pressure. When the pressure between the driving part and the liquid output part reaches balance, the booster pump will stop running and no longer consume air. When the output pressure decreases or the air driving pressure increases, the booster pump will start and run automatically until it reaches the pressure balance again.
The single gas control non-equilibrium gas distribution valve is used to realize the automatic reciprocating motion of the pump, and the gas drive part of the pump body is made of aluminum alloy. Carbon steel or stainless steel is selected according to different media for the liquid receiving part. The whole set of seals of the pump are imported excellent products, so as to ensure the performance of the gas-liquid booster pump.
The gas booster pump series B is a two-stage booster pump, which can increase the gas with extremely low pressure to a very high pressure. The driving pressure ≤ 7bar can be increased to 640mpa. The reversing mode of this series of pumps is exactly the same as that of Deco G series. Compared with G series, it can produce twice the output pressure under the same air driving pressure. The whole pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. In the gas drive part of the pump, the series needs lubricating gas to lubricate the seal and other internal parts. The diameter of the driving piston of the series pump is 160mm.
