The piston / ram of the hydraulic device is directly connected with the piston, and its lower end is installed in the hydraulic device shell. Its diameter determines the compression ratio of the pump, thus determining the output flow and high pressure. Its function is to inhale the liquid through the inlet control valve and make it flow out through the outlet control valve under higher pressure. The device is equipped with a spring check valve to control the liquid inlet and outlet channels. When the piston / ram of the hydraulic device is on the suction stroke, the inlet control valve opens and the outlet control valve is kept closed by the spring, leading the liquid into the pump. During the boost stroke, the inlet control valve is closed, and the piston / ram of the hydraulic device forces the liquid out through the outlet control valve.
The dynamic seal ring is located around the piston / ram of the hydraulic unit, and it is a kind of part with almost no wear. Its function is to hold liquid under pressure during circulation and prevent external leakage or infiltration of gas into the device. Different sealing materials and forms are selected according to the medium, service temperature and pressurization ratio of the pumped liquid. Note: most pumps use a spacer between the pneumatic and hydraulic parts to completely separate and operate.
The working principle of the gas booster pump is that the big piston pushes the small piston, that is, the compressed air enters the driving cylinder to push the big piston to drive the small piston, and the pressurization ratio is obtained according to the area ratio of the big and small pistons.
The liquid booster pump is referred to as gas-liquid booster pump for short. It adopts the built-in single air control two position four-way valve to realize the automatic reciprocating motion of the pump.
