Therefore, it should not be misunderstood that the driving air pressure is required to be 3-8bar, which means that the same pressure can be reached in this pressure range. Therefore, when selecting the type, the appropriate pressurization ratio should be selected according to the pressure of the compressed air on site, and the general pressure should have a certain margin. When the pressure is closer to the larger output pressure of the pump, the pump frequency is slower and the flow rate is smaller.
The requirement of compressed air consumption is generally about 1nm3 / min. the air consumption is not a fixed value. When the load of the pump is smaller, the frequency of the pump is faster. When the load is larger, the frequency of the pump is slower. When the output pressure of the pump is larger, the pump stops working and no longer consumes air. It is not recommended to choose the air compressor with 220 V power supply. The discharge volume of 220 V air compressor is generally small, and the booster pump cannot play a normal role.
